Removing Valve on Condor …. WOW !!!
Have an extreme valve on my condor and I just BENT a drill rod trying to twist it off.. is there a secret I should know about ?
I also heated it up just a little but that did not work either. Put the drill rod in a vice and it was solid ?
Any help would be appreciated, called Randy at R&L and he said he would do it, but if I can do it out here and save shipping I will.

We got her apart, no reason for them to be as tight as they are except for legal reasons ?

Heat it with a hot airgun till it is too hot to the touch, but not enough to blister the paint. Worked for me both times I put in a TTTA.
They can be a bear. I have rubber inserts in my vise for holding things and had to use a 2 ft peice of steel stock and heat it with a torch the first time i took mine apart.
Wrap in in leather belt and put in vise to hold.
Oh man, just did it, got a 8mm allen bolt, cut the head off and it fit fine. Had one of my strongest guys in the back room turn it till he was blue in the face and could not do it. He hooked up a strap and he and I put the pedal to the metal … and we did it.
Wow… that sucker was on tight !

Heat will soften it up.
