Review of new jsb’s…
Got 3 tins of new jsb’s in a few days ago and just had to try them,
had to rezero anyway so seemed like a good time, even though we have some wind in Al right now.
chronied some @ shrp’s house, they were around 745-765 in my .22 ss.
interesting because 15.8 grainers only ran around 770-780?!!
accuracy though (may be still a little early to tell, w/the wind), seemed to be somewhat more consistent than the jumbo’s
shot the best four shot group @ 50 yds i’ve ever shot, all four were touching!
then had to screw it up w/a flier..probably me or the wind, we’ll see
repeated this w/ the next five shot group, so i was almost convinced it wasn’t luck
1/2 inch groups @ 50 yds @ any time impresses me, esp w/a 12 inch barrel
point of impact seemed to change very little between the 18 gr vs the 15 gr.
bottom line- they seem to be a very good pellet for our guns, slightly more consistent than their lighter little brother

last I saw, StraightShooters had some in stock. Possibly Airguns of Arizona also. Don’t think Pyramid has them yet.
