Review Update
Just had a couple of things, I forgot to mention on an earlier thread…The first is directed more @ those considering an Edgun. Worth mentioning, is the fact that the current Edgun does not come with a traditional safety. The magazine advance switch is Ed’s solution and works fine, though not an on/off process. The second is, with my purchase I did not receive an accuracy test card. This may no longer be the standard and is of know consequence. Out of curiosity, I was wondering if the same holds true for any of those, who have purchased any of the given calibers in the last several months?

So you don’t shoot tight groups on the test cards so we can later feel better about our own marksmanship? My son will be crushed, he thought he out shot you :biggrinn:
I don’t use safty at bullpup as it is dengerous, as usually safty work only for the trigger but the sear remains unblocked and one, being sure that gun is safe can get an accidental shot if drop the gun, for example. So, I prefer uncock it, which takes the same time but 100 % safe.
As for the shooting cards, yes, some manuals can miss the test shooting cards, just because passports are delivered separtatly to assemblins point and not always it is possible to put them in. On the other hand, when I make test shooting I don’t follow the idea to get a perfect accuracy, I just test the gun if everything is OK and there are not major problem with the accuracy due to barrel, regulator or other part. I know that after breaking it it will improve and many of my client brag that they shoot better then Ed did with the test target 🙂 I don’t dissuade them 🙂
I should receive my R3M tomorrow. I’ll see if there’s an accuracy test card with it, and let you know. Thanks for the info about the magazine-advance switch. I’ll be sure to familiarize myself to insure good safety practices with this new gun. Good looking out.

Thanks once again, Ed. Puts that curiosity to bed and I sure appreciate your proactive approach. I’m sure I’ll have a few more questions as I get into the next 1000 shots. I’m anxious to learn the ins and outs of the regulator & hammer spring tuning, to fine tune the performance of my .25.
