Rolled the dice on FLEX!!!
Now the waiting game begins.. I cant tell you exactly why i needed this american built .30 cal., but i couldnt help myself. giggity……

I was in contact with travis at war and mrodair about the p30 and teetering back and forth on the two guns. After talking with travis on the phone a few times, my mind was made up. Do i really need the gun?? Probably not but its 100% american made, durable, the trigger is supposed to be rediculously good. and from what travis says, 100yds is a joke for this gun.
Now on to technicals.. This is what i gathered from talking with travis the last few days. I believe the base model is with airtube and will run you about 7-8 shots.. Uprgrade to titanium airtube and your looking at 10 – 12. add 100.00. Now if you want the bottle setup (like travis’ setup) your runnin more like upper 20’s at 900fps. But because the bottles are pricey, your now in the 18 hundo range.. There lies my dillema. I love the look(and price) of the titanium tube but i also love the extra 15 or so shots. I payed deposit, to get the ball rolling, and we agreed i would sleep on it for a few days. I know from past experience, if i take the cheaper way out ill probably end up eventually buyin the bottle setup anyway.
Shipping time for this sexy gun is 2 to three weeks, fully tuned to shoot whatever way tickles your fancy. I probably left out a lot of good info but im just waking up( vacation) and im very slow in the am.

I put a deposit on one last week after talking with Travis. I got a bobcat in 30cal but I want something that will shoot better farther. My bobcat is lacking in the accuracy after 100 yards. I went with the bottle. My bobcat gets 3 mags, 27 shots, on a fill. Sounds like that is what the Flex will do with a bottle. That is why I went that route. It won’t be much of a hunting gun, maybe once or 2 times a year i will use it for hunting. Mostly for target shooting. That is why I went the bottle. The bottles are nice. I put the cf bottles on 2 of my Daystates and you can’t believe how much it changes the way the rifle feels.
