Rubber spacer on barrel bushing
Any of you guys ever have any problem with the round rubber spacer that fits on the rear barrel bushing I haven’t until now when I go out and shoot it works it way out by the power wheel and starts to work its way out after shooting a few rounds I took it out and it seems to be kind of out of shape from being folded out between the power wheel and the opening in the frame my thinking is getting a new one! but thought maybe I could make one I have some plastic shim stock about the same thickness? and what purpose does this serve just a cushion so the power wheel can turn easier? thanks Eddie

They started putting those in there as mentioned to help with the power wheel creep… I had nothing but hell with mine and right from the get go. Mine actually worked itself in between the PW and the barrel somewhat and locked the PW down completely…
I removed mine and then made a whole new delrin spacer that also has the small white o-ring made into it also… Less seperate parts to screw up or have to mess with. My PW stays put now as well. I am not a big fan of the PW anyway…
I want to adjust things with the valve and stem, and what soon to come will be a prechamber and regulator along with the hammer and spring…
My vote on the rubber washer your dealing with is to ditch that thing…
I lost mine many shots ago no problems have arizzon.
I think it keeps the powerwheel from just turning freely so it stays where it’s set. A new one couldn’t hurt.

sounds like good sound advice I made one out of heavier rubber for now so far seems to be staying and doing ok I will shoot it for a while you would think they would have come up with something a bit better I think it would be less troublesome if it was a bit more heavy duty!~
