Russian IZH-AXION Red Dot

I have a Russian built IZH-AXION red dot that came on a used gun I bought. It has great brightness control, 4 different switchable reticles.

I cannot find any information about these on the web. Google only hits 3 times, but the links dont seem to actually find this item.

I am wondering where they were bought, and how much they cost. This is the only red dot scope I ever liked.
