sam yang 909s .45 questions
if a unshrouded condor was a 5 out of 10 on the loudness scale, what would the 909 be?
is the single tube better or worse than the double tube reservoir?
my biggest concern is loudness so would neighbors get pissed off if you shoot the 909 out in the backyard?
what are the best pellets to use ( most accurate, best for hunting)) ?
if you could answer all questions or the ones you know that would be great, Corey.

I have the 909s (Single Tube) gun and I get roughly 5 shots in between fills. I’m getting around 180-190fpe out of it and thats good enough for me. If I need more, I’ll grab my DAQ. The 909s is EXTREMELY accurate. Moreso than either of my DAQ’s. I can place 3 shots at 50 yards inside a 50c piece without much trouble.
Contact Jerry B on this site for the Raptor ammunition for the 909s… great accuracy and power.
As far as noise…… take a .22lr and fire it inside a coffee can. Thats about how the 909s sounds. If noise is a factor, skip ANY big bore. While they may not have the ‘CRACK’ of a firearm….they are VERY ‘boomy’… almost like a lower powered blackpowder gun.
Bottom line…if you wouldnt shoot a 22lr or similar in the area, you ought not shoot a big bore.
