scope maxed out in elevation???
ok i sighted in the condor and the scope is maxed out in elevation but i am still hitting 3 inches low??? what do i do?

Yes. From 10 yards you are going to be low.
As wok said, shim the bottom rear rings. It will do no good shim the top of front, as the scope tube is already bottomed out on the lower front ring. Shimming the top front ring wont change that.
I need to get a set of adjustable rings myself to be able to use all of the adjustment available in the New Zeiss Target Scope with side focus I just picked up. It’s a great Scope, but a lot of the adjustment is wasted the way the mounts are made.
