Seben Camera Mount positioning questions?

I own a Seben camera mount and was wondering it anyone knows any special tricks to align the camera. I have a Nikon Cool Pix and have no problem getting a view through the scope, I just can’t seem to get it centered or get a full screen focus like some of the videos I see on here. My cross-hairs always seem to be off to the left or down on my screen and I can’t seem to center it.

He sticks a about a 5/8″ cutoff piece of PVC under the clamp on top of the scope to better center it. I had to do the same thing. I think this is because scopes have a relatively small diameter tube compared to spotting scopes, etc.

I think when Ted started he had the camera upside down to align it perfectly.
