Short Matador .22 finally in my hands! (Pics)

Sooo… finally decided to try Lelya’s bigger brother and man, this thing is damn accurate!

For a start – obligatory photo of my new toy, of course:

For now I’m mounting it with my Hawke 6.5-20×42 AO Sidewinder Tactical Rifle Scope, Ill. 20x Half Mil-Dot Reticle.

I’m not sure about the scope ring high yet but I have UTGs med and hi QD on hand.
Read that the Scope rail to bore center is 30mm ?
If so that the same as a Crickets and the receiver body height levels/cheek rest elevation looks about the same also ?

I said the same thing.. Then thought what caliber would I get? Decided on a .177 when I can afford another gun.

Hi Sam,
Wow an Edgun R3 30 cal and a R3M 177 cal Short later !

Tony R didn’t have any Shorts in stock so I opted for a R3M Standard 22 cal, I should be getting it this coming Weds or Thursday !
