Shorter and lighter scope for vulcan.22
Hi everybody. Any advise on a scope for my vulcan .22. The one , I have , is Hawke sidewinder 30 (8-32#56). I love this scope , but its big and heavy (I use it for my condor ss). So , i’m looking for a scope , like my Hawke , but shorter and lighter. In the same quality or better . Price range around 400 $. Thanks

Clearidge (Clearedge?) 3-9×32 is a nice lightweight scope under $300 and is highly regarded. Nikon 3-9 EFR which is specifically made for airguns is a brilliant scope for under $200 but does not have mil dot or any kind of drop compensating reticle. If you don’t need more than a cross reticle, it is the clearest scope I have seen under $500. Both scopes are light and fairly compact. I have the Clearidge in my Vulcan 25 right now.

Oh crap, I just realized $400 is not a lot to go with. I am not sure I can help you there, must be another china scope and I don’t do them. Good luck on your hunt.
A lot of people like the athlon scopes, maybe worth checking them out?
