shroud advice
i need some help in making a shroud for my condor. with a 12″ barrel, do i want the butt end to come right up against the front bushing? i have a piece of 1 1/2″ delrin to use.

Dimensions: OD .870″ .003-.005″ smaller then inner wall diameter. Hole is .030″ over diameter of the pellet/bullet. 45 degree angled hole. OAl length is 1″. Can’t show a picture here as it is against the rules.
how did you do the K baffles? drill 45 degrees to the bore opening? what size did you make them?
That is how I made mine for my TalonP. Vented(factory) bushing and Delrin is what I used to make the insert that replaces the end cap. Aluminum tube with .063 wall and K type baffles. Aluminum end cap.

What size bit did you use for the 45 degree angles bored into? And how far apart do you recommend? Thanks!
