shroud turned my condor into a shotgun……………..
installed a new shroud, on my stock condor, suddenly I cant hit the same spot at all, I’m running CO2 at the moment and tried my crossman premiers and my crow mag pellets with similair results, I just ordered some eun jins 28.4’s to toy with…………………I dont have a chrony, so I can tell what speed I’m shooting, otherwise just venting for now, maybe I’ll figure it out when I get some better range time………………. ok rant over

nope no extra barrels, and I dont think I should tinker with the tophat, one reason, I’ll end up F_ing it up 🙂 ok I got the shroud back on, spun like told to, I’ll see what happens

You will do better adjusting the Top Hat rather than the power wheel. Set her around 8 to 9 and her rock!

thanks guys, so when I get this thing shooting as it should, when I get the heavier pellets, can I just start the PW on 0 then slowly raise it till I am hearing it crack, then back it off to be just below where its going supersonic?
What saw said, you are clipping.
you will need to take your tank off, loosen the grub screw and wile looking at a light down the barrel with the breach open twist the shroud ‘tll you find the spot where all moons and shadows are gone, tighten the grub back up and look again.
I’ll check, thanks for the idea, like I said I would tinker for awahile before I actually had a complaint, cuase I was pretty happy with the noise reduction, now I gotta replace the screw that hold the shroud in place, I lost it when I took it off to re-sight it without the shroud

You are more likely than not clipping.
Did ya sight through the barrel after install, without the tank on ?
You should see nothing but riffling and a perfect circle at the end.
Now, go take the tank off and checkit out would ya

guys, turned the shroud as I was told, now its shooting better, still not where I want it( my fault) it’ll be a plinker till after hunting season then I get get some range time with it. thanks
