Q:

Shrouds Being Shipped To Canada

I’m currently awaiting arrival of my new Condor! 😆 I want to order a Shroud and other parts from Tony but am worried about it coming across the boarder. Has anyone shipped a shroud to Canada before? Thanks

did you end up getting the shroud?

i am looking at getting a condor and would want the shroud as well.

quote marksman:

just tell cops its a bull barrel shoots on compressed air only thats why its really quiet.

Be careful with that, it is quite oveious that it’s not a bull once you get close to it, and there is no way you can pull it off if it’s in there hands

I think its ok. im gonna order one and try. i wanna shoot crows out in the backyard and i think a shroud would be perfect.

I used to live in Canada until a couple years ago. Shrouded guns are not allowed in Canada at all. A talon is considered a firearm in Canada and a Talon SS is considered silenced and therefore a prohibited weapon. If I learned one thing when I was in Canada was that it doesn’t matter if to you and I it is just an airgun, the law states that if it can shoot over 500fps it’s a firearm and that’s how the authorities see it. If you get busted, as ridiculous as it may be, you will be tried as owning a prohibited weapon.
I got into a couple “entanglements” while I was there and it was a real pain in the butt. Soooooo not worth it.

Check your laws. If it is illegal the don’t complain when the mounties come a calling

i would suggest having the shroud shipped in separate pieces into canada, but be careful.

I am deciding between the sumatra and the condor. Final decision being made on the ability to silence the condor.

Does anyone know if the shrouds can be shipped to canada. I would asume they are illegal

I wanna get the Talon ss, I also live in Canada. What happens when it corsses the border and how much was the shipping? Also was it a big hassle. Thanks
