shrpshotr28 talon SS baffle overview….

I bought the shrpshotr28 (Don G.) made baffle for my talon ss 177 and it rocks. Well made piece. ended up repainting it using valspar generic brand matte black paint. .98 cents at lowes for a can, to match the exact finish of the the talon and it looks great. The rapport of the discharge is about 60-70% quieter and the gun balances better than stock with the piece. It sticks out only 2 inches. On thing I noticed is that the stock endcap on the shroud made the gun twitch a little during the firing cycle and with the shrpshotr28 baffle reduces the turbulence inside the shroud making the gun feel smoother. With the stock endcap the bolt would visibly move a hair during firing and now the baffle makes it stay in place. I guess it fluffs out the turbulence in the shroud. A must piece for all Talon SS’. I am very happy with the purchase…. 😆
