Q:

Sighted In My Homebuilt 9mm /.357

Built this gun over the winter.
Finally got it out to sight it in, today.
I go out along a railroad track, and shoot at the seelworks of a tunnel under the tracks.
When you shoot the rusty steel, it leaves a lead splatter mark – so I got no targets to take a picture of.

First 3 shot group = 1″ @ 45 yards
Second 3 shot group = 1″ @ 50 yards
Third 3 shot group = 1.25″ @ 60 yards

All were from a standing position, resting the barrel on a tree limb.

Started with 3000 PSI fill
Shot 20 times and ended up with 2000 PSI

Shooting 105 grain bullets.
Thats a 62 cubic inch tank.

At home, the 21ST shot was 750 FPS – 130 FPE
Refilled the tank to 3000 PSI and got 1000 FPS on the crony – 230 FPE
More power than a stock 50 cal. Dragon Slayer and flatter shooting.

Shot the 15 th shot into dense, moist clay and it made a 8 inch deep hole.
I recovered the bullet, its in the pictures below (thats a .25 kodiak in the picture for a size compairison).

This is the best shooting airgun I ever shot!!

that’s great accuracy for a 9mm ag . you’l have to try i out to 100m , should still be tight . nice .

Its awesome Mark, and speedy, it must take alot of pressure to get those slugs movin, I like the size of the gun alot and looks great!

Well done! You’ve made a real nice rig for yourself right there. You should be rightfully proud of that gun!

Me Jealous.
