Heres my SS, now with a carbon/kevlar supressor.
Works great! Pigeons and argentinian parrots (Plague) dont know what happen to the fellow next to him whos seem to be fade out. 😀
Each day i love mora and more my SS.
Shoots baracuda .22 with original barrel and tuned valve and hammer at 850fps
Next step is a hand made laminated stock in gray/blue.
Ill already ask to boyds for the wood blank.

It looks like it is perfectly angled to pass by the frame when being screwed in or out ?
Can you friend give us all the specs so we can build some ?
Can you take some pictures from all angles with a ruler ?
Maybe unscrewed from airgun as well ?
I looked at the other link and that design has no support like yours does. That other design, in my opinion, is an accident waiting to happen, due to stress areas.
Using aluminum is easier to machine, but stresses are higher in this extended offset design.
Its made in 6061 aluminium. Threaded. Its made by a good friend. He didnt sell it because take many hours to do it. But theres no stress because are between the bottle and the original valve. when is installed you dont dissasembly anymore.

Nice shroud, BUT how is that offset Tank extension working for you ?
I looks aluminum.. do you have it supported some how so as not to stress the threads ?
How did you drill that out, etc. ?

It pass just perfect. Tonight at home i take pictures with the ruler and take some measures. (remember i use metric system) Ill take pictures with the bottle on and off. Only i dont unscrew from the bottle cuase its glued with loctite and i dont have the tool to unscrew the valve.
