Q:

Simmons 44 Mag 6-20×44

I got this a few months ago, but only got around to mounting it on my 410 the other day.

I really like Tasco 2.5-10×44 scope and have 3 of those, but I definitely like this more and think its worth the extra $ that I paid for mine used – certainly more befitting an AA 410.

Shame they don’t still make them.

Will post pictures tomorrow – ones I took tonight suck.

Simmons® .44 Mag Series Riflescopes
The .44 Mag Series features a classic riflescope that is being reintroduced in 2009. With its signature 44mm objective and distinctive lines, the .44 Mag will regain its place among the top of the riflescope ranks. Reliable and rugged, there is a Simmons scope for just about any hunting application, and Simmons has redesigned all the scopes in this series. From rimfire to high caliber rifles, shotguns and pistols, Simmons has a scope to fit your needs. Each scope features TrueZero™ Flex Erector System for a nonshifting point-of-aim at all magnifications and adjustment settings. The Quick Target Acquisition (QTA™) eyepiece is a fast-focus system with a constant 3-3/4″ eye relief through all power ranges. That gives you faster, more reliable target acquisition through its optically superior expanded eyebox. TrueZero windage and elevation dials stay dead-on throughout the life of the scope with no deviation in click value throughout the full adjustment range. The Aetec model features Simmons’ Aspherical Lens Technology, which gives you wider, flatter and sharper images from edge to edge. Each scope sports superior, high-transmission lens coatings. Offered in varying magnification configurations for all hunting situations, the .44 Mag Series now has side-focus adjustment and target turrets available on select scopes.
