Simple mod to the mod

Learned something new today. Well new to me at least. I had my LDC off the SS and decided to try a little mod.

I used vary small abrasive rolls I have here for cylinder head porting. They just barley fit into the hole of the LDC. I used them to round off the edges completely like you see in a Norman rifle muzzle. Both front and back of the front washer. It completely killed the higher pitch part of the sound. It went from ssspptt, to pufffft. Much lower sound.

Next one I build, I am going to do this to all the baffles. I’m sure it keeps the sharp edges from acting like a sharp angle on a whistle. Keeping the higher pitched sounds out of the equation! 😀
