I thought I’d give a heads-up on Kejano25 (Keith Janowicz of Dracut Mass.). I paid him $650 for a talon with extras a couple of months ago. Still no gun. He’d make excuses when I called him, then changed his phone number. I’ve bought several guns off the forums and this is the first thief I’ve encountered. Caveat emptor.

Well I don’t remember the guy but I do remember seeing the gun drop from 850 to 700 to 600 in under 3 hours. Smelled to high hell to me! I mean, if it was over a few weeks may-be in todays economy, but all in the same day?

Yea if the guy is not on the BOI or have any legit feedback anywhere on the web. I say if the transaction needs to take place a C.O.D. (cash on delivery) is you best bet w/ both parties splitting any fees.
PayPal works but I understand they are not to favorable about the items in this hobby. USPS M.O. is good, works great-No real fees to eat. Seem that this method is prefered by a lot of Airgunners. You can probably contact the local P.D. in his town to open an internet theft or fraud case. Once the money has changed hands, if the item isn’t shipped within 10 days then I’d suspect that something is’nt right. Most shipping in the US only take 4-5 days. I hope you get your money or gun in the end.

Grit – that’s a pretty stiff price for a punch. Sounds like the guy deserved it, but no, it ain’t worth it. And jail is just one of the potential bad outcomes of street justice. Around here you can legally shoot somebody if you are in fear of serious bodily harm. I’ll settle for karma and beer.

Man, dude, that is some expensive “tuition”. Your best course of action is legal of course. I do not recommend “street justice” as a first resort as we no longer live in a country were a good ol’ fashion knuckle sandwich is considered a delicacy. I spent 12 long years in the Gray bar hotel, and when I got out, I came to Florida from Jersey. Long story short, one night in Olive Garden some dude disrespected me and I knocked him out. The price for dinner that night was 65.00 plus one year in the county jail. One deserved punch, mind you, cost me another precious year of my life.

Do you have His address?? Ive had this shit happen to me . I tracked down a phone number of someone that lived on the same street and got them to relay a message to him stating I was comming to collect whats owed me , he respnoded the next day and I finally recieved my goods a few days later. I told him I would drive all the way accross the country If I had to .The funny thing is that I wasnt kidding ,I hate getting ripped off and its happend way too many times so I decided not to take it any longer!!! maybe if we keep this post going he will see it and get a clear message that We the people of Talon Airgun forum stick togehter and arent afraid to take action against such a dispicable P.O.S .Karma will get him sooner or later ,but that still doesnt get you squared with him .There should be a “stated ” forum rule that if you ever rip off anyone on this forum you will be persued to the fullest extent of the law and or delt with accordingly .Good luck .Sorry to rant and rave so much But when it comes to a thief I have a little place in my gut thats says take care of buissness !!!
