Q:

Single Shot Tray for R3M…???

:hoot:

There’s times when I want to shoot my .25 R3m as a single shot. However, it’s narrow magazine-friendly breech gives precious little room to drop a pellet in that barrel.

Does anyone else have such a need?

Does anyone know someone who makes such an attachment?

Can it be 3-D printed? Seems like a simple enough one piece design…

Thoughts? (Is Donnyfl smart enough to do this?)

Some guy was selling them for P-Rods made of that stuff. It wasn’t as good as the CNC one I bought but they were functional. He gave me one to try.

Get a small container of Instamorph. Instamorph is a heavy duty plastic that turns into putty when put into boiling water. Fashion the tray by hand and eye the best you can. Put it back into the boiling water if it starts to become to hard to work with. When you think you have it close then partially warm the tray in the water and just before it gets to hard to work with press it into position for final fitting. A single edge razor can also be used to get the fit just right. Partial re heating will allow you to make final adjustments and let you smooth out rough edges… I have done this a bunch of times with great success. It may take a few tries until you get good at fashioning parts but with a little practice it becomes quite easy..

Give it a try.

PS Amazon sells Instamorph in various sizes and colors.

Get an R3. They are still better anyways. 😆

My dear Leadpecker…

Obviously, you have been smelling your own farts again to get high, and reduce your herbal bills.

Digestively processed cannabis just doesn’t carry enough residual THC needed to get the job done properly! Thus the oft used cannabis hobbyist phrase “Righteous Shit” when someone DOES manage to hit the mother lode of THC that made it through the colon in tact!

Generally speaking though, It’s a waste of time, besides giving you really bad breath!

You can load a pellet in the mounted magazine and turn it by hand or cut a magazine by removing 4,5 holes so you’ll have a tray to drop the pellet in, i will cut one when i get those new plastic magazines
