Old news gents….

Do not smoke it!

Ridiculous!

This would be akin to hunting with a Predator Drone! Why even leave the house? Just program the damn thing, go pop some corn, and watch all the legal drama on the news channels.

quote acourvil:

Even assuming that it works as well electronically and mechanically as the marketing guys are claiming, it’s still going to take some skill for it to get consistently good results at long ranges. First, I don’t think there is any way that it can account for anything other than simple wind conditions, and anyone who does any real long range shooting knows that calling the wind is more art than science. Next, even if the trigger is locked out until the perfect aim point, unless you have spent some time shooting, you will be moving the gun when you pull the trigger. Just getting the gun position set up properly takes a little knowledge. And all that assumes that you are starting with the right ammo and a properly zeroed scope. It might make it really easy for a novice to get bullseyes out to 300 yards, but once you get out to 1000 or so, a high tech gun just isn’t going to be able to substitute for at least a moderate level of skill.

For an extra fifty grand you can have it upgraded so it’s connected to HAARP…so you control wind conditions.

I think that was posted somewhere here before cuz I remember making a comment about being able to hit what I want with my Weatherby at less than 1/27th the cost. 😎

Something like that anyway.

Waste of money.
What can you shoot when the battery dies?

Roachcreek is already half that distance with his haley anyway. Only a matter of time haleys will cost 27k too. 😎 😉
