Smooth as silk mmmmm……………
Whilst I had my barrel removed for painting, I decided to replace the breech orings and lube them properly.
Changing the o-rings out was really simple by using a pin to pull out the old ones and a pencil to set the new ones in place. Used a silicone lubricant and put it all back together.
OOOOH…… SOOO much smoother than before, It previously felt gummy and sticky when trying to cock it which didnt really help in velocity and consistancy. But now it is smooth and consistant with no escaping air (Except around the stem because I dont have the o-ring mod but it is next to none)
The cocking has been transformed and feels much nicer.
Also, here is a pic of the newly painted barrel.

Haven’t got any more info as of yet, Im planning on getting some more data when I get out tomorow.
Valve seems to be working well.
I will be zeroing in at 50 yards and taking it to 75. If results at 75 are pleasing then I might take it to 100 and see how she prints. For all of the shots I will be firing through the chrony and will post results.
