I can put the kodiaks sonic if i want!
What I mean is I wish the kodiaks would fly good at those kinda speeds rather than having to keep them in the 950’s for accuracy 😀

Ir’ll do it Pab but the valve is a little Hot Rodded! 😈

Cool 8)
Wish we could push the Kodiaks that fast 😈

Last time I chronoed some, they were in the 1050’s to 1090’s.

I love Speed. 😀

They seem to like the higher end.

Knife’
What kinda speed are you shooting those Preds’ ??

Now if they would just make a .22 Pred. in 25…..Grains.

Hey Randy!

Well I tried them and was really looking forward to the heavy weights.

BUT! For me they shot like a 12 Gage with buck shot. All over the place.

I have no Idea why. They were very good looking pellets!

Pred’s on the other hand are super in my gun. (18″ hand lapped .22 with lightly modded Condor valve. )

They really do some damage, and I can keep them under 1/2″ at 50 with no problem. Some of the early ones had loose tips. A lot of flyer’s. The last couple of batches of them have not had this problem.

I did try the tip pulling thing. But the groups opened up a LOT past 40 yards. I have had good luck with them all the way out to 75-80 yards.

If heavier, they would be great 100 yard pellets!

Now if they will just make them in .25!

Mike

I shoot predators all the time. Great pellet to about 50 yards. Dont seem to hold good groups consistently past that. They kill birds like nothing else, quite effective. They dont kill squirrels any better than a JSB or Kodiak though, in my experience.

Some people, myself included, have pulled the plastic tip out of the pellet and had good luck. They shoot quite well in my S410 that way, they dont fit the magazine with the tip.

Thanks what about .22 Predators launched at 950 fps from a Condor?

Randy

A few folks seem to like ’em, but I think I’ve seen many more negative reviews than positive. Apparently, they’re not very accurate and the cost puts a lot of people off as well.
