So I go to my local airgun shop to buy some ammo…
Then a young airgunner asked what I was going to shoot them off of. Genially, I told him I’ll be shooting them off of my Cricket and S410. He proceeded to tell me that he likes FX rifles better. He then gestured, following his somewhat disapproving opinion of Crickets due to his friends’ experiences, in a way as if to imply that Crickets aren’t as good as FX guns. HAAAAAAAAAAH!!! I’ll just end with that. :biggrinn:

I’ll put my Cricket up against any FX. Had a FX never again.
Ha Ha, You go to a gun shop here in West Texas and ask about pellets or oil . They will laugh at your ass,
Tell you to go to Wal-Mart, They sell bb guns, It happen to me a couple of years back looking for some spring oil for my FWB 124 and also pellets.
Never been back in that gun store for any reason…
Just maybe I need to go back,

LOL! He’s a young kid and has much to learn about shooting, particularly the importance of shooter skill more so than airgun tech and hype.

Mind you, this was at an airgun store in Arizona that, according to some people, has an ironclad relationship with FX Airguns. :whistle: Maybe he was one of the cronies sent in to sway me into buying one. :biggrinn: But sweet Jesus, the Crown with the forest green laminate stock that was on display was gorgeous!
