Sound lock system or TT barrel bushing

Does anyone have experience with either one of these? I am wondering which way to go and how much noise reduction I can expect from each. Thanks.

I recently acquired a new Talon SS .22 with Sound Lock. It’s quiet and accurate. A few weeks ago I bought a new .25 cal 12″ barrel from PA and swapped everything. It’s still quiet and accurate. I also have an 18″ .25 with shroud from TT. It’s also very quiet. Maybe it’s a “your mileage will vary” situation but my experience is that both are quiet but I can’t say if one is more quiet than the other. I’ve shot the 18″ .25 from TT w/o the shroud and it’s really loud. I’m sure glad I bought the TT shroud!!!!

I TRIED THE SOUND LOCK, SENT IT BACK, PELLETS SHOT all over the place, and the bushings fit newer barrels only.
