I had not tested the Talon Valve with the Airhog co2 cylinder so here it
is….
3,000psi fill shot down to 2,300psi. Looks like that is were it falls off the
regulator..
First 2 strings are JSB 14.3gr exacts. The 3rd string was beeman 14.8gr…
(note how similar the FPS is for the 14.3gr and the 14.8gr)
ES and SD are excellant with an average of 18.96 and 4.46 for 82 shots
Total of 50 shots before it fell off the reg….
I think this is a great combo…There is plenty power for hunting and a
huge shot count if you can fill to 4,500psi….If the pounds per shot stay
the same throughout a 4,500psi fill I should get 157 full power shots on
one fill….Not as impressive as njnoodles FX but quite good for an AF
rifle…….
Fill pressure on this string was 3,000psi
Target #7 was JSB 14.3gr and #8 was JSB 15.9gr..Wind was off and on
at 8MPH….These were not shot over the chrony…Just a few to see what
the groups looked like at those speeds….I also used the same holdover
for both pellets…The black area is 1.20″ in diameter…Really close to
MOA.

That’s a shame, I’d much rather money went in your pocket than theirs.
I hear you on the other though, and I’m the same. One car, one bike, one rifle, I’ve never been much for collecting stuff if I’m heavily using, it kind of dilutes the devotion. 😆

No way I’ll get that money back from them. You know how it is…I’ve
been working with this rifle for 7 long months and there isn’t much left to
do to it so it is about time to let it go. I have a rapid and Edgun on the
way and I know this one will just sit on the rack…..

Nope. I asked Mam to ask them for a refund, but they promised him it’ll be done this week.

if Airhog has the talon valve but, the bored out co2 adapter is from
Airhog too….This is the co2 adapter cylinder that comes with thier HPA
System.

Nice post MC. I think I might want this kind of set up for my condor 22. How big is your tank. I think I saw pictures of it in the past, but I’m not certain. Can all the components be purchased at once from AirHog? Thanks again.

Yea, all that devotion and hangin on to schit for life, went out the window
when the ex ole lady filed for divorce 13+yrs ago……Nothing around
here is permanent any more except ME 😉 …
