No issues at all. Those are like The Bigfoot : All around but not to be found.

I know the feeling. I have a very sexy AND beautiful Wife myself.
P.S J. Depp sux ..

It is Johnny Depp’s 6th engagement/marriage and he has had quite the beautiful harem.

I’ve never been a fan of Johnny D*pp but recently he has surprised me with a statement he gave to his fans during a recent film festival.

All the fans were in “delirium”, calling him and thanking him for his presence and his movies…

He replied “I Thank You! You are all my employers….”

Apparently he is conscious that he is where he is thanks to his fans and supporters and this makes me believe that should he run a business he would take the “customer care” chapter seriously …

(Very sexy and beautiful wife as well, probably I will become a fan of “him”…)

:fishinghole:

Personally I would only report about the past and stay clear about “making to believe” that there will be availability of spare parts in the future :fishinghole:

I would skip all together the manufacturer support and warranty chapter as well

Probably it’s not cost effective but at this point, reading the posts, I’m considering ordering all the spare parts of a Lelya and assemble them together, could be a way to have a Lelya in a short time instead of ordering a complete gun and waiting for years 😀

IMHO and :2cents:

I have three Edguns in 3 different calibers. I’ve needed spare parst maybe 3 or 4 times in the 6 years I’ve been an Edgun owner. Basic parts are readily available along with good advice on fixing whatever problem you might have but if you break something unusual that has to come from Russia, it can take a long time. Tony keeps a supply of the basic stuff, and gets needed parts out quickly if he has them. But if it is something he doesn’t have, you are at the mercy of the production/shipping wormhole. What ever you need will eventually arrive, but don’t waste time trying to figure out when.

I don’t mean to be a party pooper or kiss ass…but, I have never had a problem with getting spare parts from Tony or guys in the forum… I got a spare regulator, a new gauge, o-rings, and spare complete screws. O- rings and screws from awesome guys here, the rest from Tony, the Edgun rep for the U.S.

HOEOPP speaks with straight tongue. There’s a lot of spare parts around, just not in stores. Stay friends with everyone and usually you will get help when you need it.

On a positive note, the basic functioning parts on an Edgun are not prone to failure. Mostly O rings due to use.

If you need help, this is the place to ask for it, if Tony doesn’t have what you need.

It’s a small job shop based in Russia. It is what it is. Product introductions are generally a bit rougher (slower to correct) than the bigger players – especially if there is a problem but eventually they get fixed. I would not say it is any better than that w/o leading potential buyers on a bit. I still have memories from the Machinegun game days. All has not been smooth sailing to say the least.

Parts availability, or the lack thereof is THE reason I do NOT own any Edguns… Heck, you can’t even get spare magazines most of the time. Just do a quick search on this forum and you’ll see thread after thread on this subject… none of them good WRT Edgun parts availability.

No offense meant, I don’t think an EDgun is for you. The EDgun is crazy reliable but they are a tinker’s gun. I think if you’re worried about stuff like spare parts get a Cricket.

Want to know a secret? Most high end PCPs guns have a “spare part” problem. Most of us (those who have needed parts) have been subjected to back alley deals with a machinist to get parts for our boutique guns.

   Not to be mean but where have you been? Under a rock? Edguns have a great reputation when they work. God help you if it fails though.

No matter how’s their reputation while working bro. All that matters is when an expensive gun stop working?
