Speed drop due to cold condition
Take a note how speed drop due to colder condition. Today I did a test with temperature during shooting with the cricket. I shooted in warm cellar velocity was set to 271mps / 889fps. Then I move to out there was 5°C / 41°F I leave adapt the gun 10min and start shooting. Velocity drop to 268mps /880fps.
It is -3mps/-9fps. It´s not a big difference but I curious what will become for example with -5°C /23°F ???

Cold temps always slows things down. All metallic parts (barrel etc) shrink – much like some body parts – when it gets really cold. All the lube, grease etc. gets thick and the air density also changes. All airguns , regardless the power source , do that. And so do even PB Guns for that matter although to a lesser extent.
