Q:

Spin lock tank

Just got my 2nd hand Condor SS with a spin lock bottle. My problem is the guy I bought it from lost the wrench that loosens the bottle. Is there another way of removing the bottle with out the tool? Thank you.

You can turn the tank counterclockwise wise being careful not to crash the air gauge into the frame. The tank will then be loose. Loosen the Allen screw on the left side of the collar and spin the lock ring off the tank. Then simply remove the tank out the back. My condor SS was missing the wrench when I got it and this is how I refilled the tank until Airforce sent me one free of charge. If you watch the video on airforce’s web site, this is how they show you to mount the tank. Just in reverse.

Easy3127 , do not try to remove your spin-loc tank without using the spin-loc wrench . Call AIRFORCE AIRGUNS at 1-827-247-4867 .
Tell them that you have one of their rifles with the spin-loc tank but you do not have the wrench to remove the air tank . They will
most likely mail you the wrench without any cost to you , they are known for their great customer service . They may ask you for the
serial number on your rifle like they asked me when I asked for the allen wrench and spin-loc wrench which didn’t come with my TALON SS
when I purchased it .

Just contact Air Force. Many people have either NOT gotten one with their gun or even lost them. AF will probably send you one for free.
