Spraying pellets all over
I had pellets all over the place and found the top hat way out of adjustment and the collar set screws were not very tight. Put the stem on my buffer and got a glass finish . Adjusted the tophat to .075″ . Then shot the weapon w/o the silencer and I was astounded by the accuracy. I set the power wheel to 10.0 and charged to 3k psi. B4 I did all that I realigned the silencer with the bore and and opened the end cap of the silencer to .310″ with one of my end mills. Finally after all these years of making silencers I did it right and there was no difference in POI with or w/o the silencer! :8: the silencer is just your garden variety with washers and spacers. It shoots better than my 17 Savage wsm! :suprisedn:

WoW, I just came here to check on tightening my loose top hat. Been spraying a few pellets myself and was getting frustrated. Was hoping that was the problem. Hope that straightens out mine too.
