Q:

spring question

I have a heavy spring with a 110 gram hammer and it seems to strong if I turn the power wheel up it shoots slower, I don’t understand how it can do this, anyone know why or what is going on any answers considerred, all I can think of is there is not enough room in the camber area.

Too much preload does not allow the spring to uncompress with its full potential….so LESS power…. 😉
