square vs round
On your valve air inlet you should try square ports, its a proven fact in the automotive industry square lntake ports are much more efficient than round.

I think he is talking about the inlet ports at the bottle end of the stem.
Square ports in automotive engined only work in naturally aspirated mountain motors,and in blown applications. The oval, or “D” port has shown to give the highest flow in the exist, while the high port, ie; rectangular elongated port works the best in the intake ports of the head. Round ports do work well in the intake manifold runners, but this is a different application than what we are using. Some of the valves shown on the old “TOG” were well thought out. Shame so much of the info has been lost.

So how do you make a round port for an AF gun and still make it affordable?
Sounds logical. Probably because you get a bit more area out of it at the same GENERAL size as a round one.

I was looking at the Argintina valve and thought the three way opening should be more squared off
