SS Vs Edgun length
Is the Edgun really 29.3″ long?
The SS is 32.75″. I was considering selling my SS to get something shorter or something I would make shorter (converting a Marauder into a bullpup was going through my mind).
Then I looked up the specs and found that my SS is only 3.45″ longer assembled and quite a bit shorter when broken down.
To be honest the only reason I still have my SS is its short length and take down ability – looks like I’ll be keeping it.

the talon ss is 32.75, thats without a wokbutt and without a shroud,
the edgun is smaller and does not need an addition shroud
I would be interested it if airforce made a smaller gun
The Talon is ~ 4.5 inches shorter than a Talon SS

The Talon SS has 6 inches infront of the barrel to act as the shroud if someone wants to and another 4 inches of space to take advantage of alongside the barrel.

I keep wondering if they might do the EdGun in a multifire with some sort of a magazine… They really would be cool with how short the OAL is…
Sounds right. Not an SS but my Talon, from the tip of the wokbutt to the end of the 2″ extention is just about 31″‘s. But, with the edgun I get more consistent shots and more power and that 29.5″ length includes the (very effective) shroud. I like both for different reasons.
Talon is CO2 only now

I feel the same as you Yellow I traded for a stock SS and love the size of it for portability I was thinking about an 18 inch barrel not sure where that would put in I have the frame shrouded pretty quite so if I went to an 18 inch barrel I would like to put a shroud on it also need one like you made that fits inside the frame how far would something like that stick out from a stock SS? I just measured my SS Talon from what I measured an 18 inch barrel would only stick out about a 1/2 inch from the front of the frame that sound about right?
