Does anyone know if I can get my .22 Talon to run at 20fpe with the standard valve?
If not, is there any alternative?
Love the Hi Flo for hunting but would like to use the rifle for HFT and need to be at 20fpe.

Standard valve.
The spring retainer can have different port diameters that will allow for different FPE
Rob NC uses them. Give Tony a call and see if he still has them.
There are a couple of ways to do it.
But the way I would do it to get the most consistent results is to buy a new valve spring retainer from Talon Tunes with the decreased port.
Or you can take yours out and alter it to have a smaller port.
You mean altering the Hi Flo, or the standard valve?

Stick and o-ring behind the tophat and see what power decrease you get, change the thickness of the o-rings you use until you are happy with the power output
