standard Talon to Condor?

Is it possible to set up a standard Talon with the Condor valve/hammer config to push .25 cal (sufficient power to drop larger pests with heart/lung shots)? Or is a TSS platform required?

I believe its no problem, matter of fact I have a stan. talon with a 25 cal 24″ berrel right now, am waiting for a modded valve and hammer as I speak
