stealth bottle valve
can any body tell me why air is coming from the outside of the top hat stem and how can I cure it I heard of a oring mod but not sure I did out a small oring on the top hat stem cut small grove in for it but after a bit it snapped lol

Exactly where is it leaking from?
Out the top hat or around the brass insert?
