stem derlin piece DISINTEGRATED!

Hello Everybody!

I have not been very lucky with my TalonSS since I purchased it.

Today I was pumping air in the quick refill tank and suddenly the pressure went from 2500 to 3500.
I immediately depressurized the pump line and all the air from the tank came out.

When i removed the quick disconnect, the top hat valve stem was moving freely as nothing was holding it behind.
The brass part was also quite loose and after removing it from the tank all that came out was the spring.

Nothing else!

So I have the spring, the stem and the top had and the brass.

Do you guys know if this can be fixed? I am not sure what happened to that piece between the stem and the spring!
