Stock 25 cal. Condor tuned down to 20J

Hey guys,
I was wondering, if its possible to tune down a stock 25 cal. Condor with just a different tophat, valve stem change or what would be needed to do so.

So it is possible to change the power level down with a valve stem/top hat change. That’s great. What power are you guys getting?

TT offers his new valve stem/top hat that you change the inserts. Some of the guys here have been making their own inserts to tune it to what they desire.
