suggest me: Cricket standar vs mutant standard
Everyone will say Mutant. I’ve owned Three Crickets but not a single mutant and i STILL say Mutant all the way.
Why? The Cricket is outdated. The Mutant is modern. Better shroud, awesome regulator, better trigger. Just ask Mike.

I think there is no comparison between the two, Mutant is without a doubt in a different league.
I actually think the Mutant looks good in his utilitarian, no nonsense way,
very proportioned and everything looks together.
If I had one I would paint it black with Truckbed lining, get a weaver rail under the forearm and put an angled Magput grip on it, betcha that way it would be super ergonomic.
I’m kinda ready for my next gun, but since I heard that Taipan is making a new Mutant in 25cal I better wait, I know this is a proven gun, but I was wondering if they are changing things on the gun without fuckng it up :biggrinn:
The Taipan reg is awesome…….
Because you can adjust your hammer spring to fine tune shots.
And you don’t have, adjust the reg, like the Cricket & other bullpups.
You not have the, reg hammer spring balance as much, it’s more forgiving.
Also the Cricket, when you change out the mags, their is more, fumbling around.
The Taipan, is so easy to, change to a new mag, much faster.
The Taipan stock is very, comfortable & ergonomic to the shooter, it may not be as pretty.
But is not bulky or chunky, to the user.
Both seam, to have reliability.
