Supersonic JSB
A few guys here are reporting good results shooting JSBs supersonic.
Initially I thought it was doable as I shot a half decent group at 40 yards pushing them around 1100fps. But as soon as I went out to 50 yards, they were pretty erratic, as one would expect.
Who here can say they are shooting JSBs at supersonic with good accuracy?
Until recently, I had never heard about these pellets going ss with good results 😕

I settle on shooting at 950 fps and less. If I can not kill it with that then I should not be using a pellet gun anyways 😀
I’m finding the same. 2 or 3 out of 5 will group, the other 2 or 3 will go a couple inches wild.
then if the same 2 or 3 will group use those to hunt with Problem solved!!!

In my Career 300 I can shoot them at 1300 fps. But they are not consistently accurate.

seeing as i was one of the ones who posted a good group of “shots that CRACKED”, i guess i should comment.
i did shoot a few more groups and this time they were 1200+ and @50 yards … things did not look so nice.
i cant say for sure but I’m going to GUESS that the JSB’s can group JUST into the transonic range but once pushed well into the SuperSonic range they (groups) fall apart like any other pellet.
