Surefire success
I’ll keep this short and sweet…but having one rifle that i carry into the forest and be dual purpose is what i have been on the hunt for….for a long time!! After lots of correspondance and testing on my stock Condor .69 tophat…p/w at 0/7 or something like that basically shoots lights out with kings and #3 bucks, although the #3’s have a few fliers here and there…At 35 yards it gets boring real quick…..interspersed within the string i rev up the p/w to 13/3 or something and add 6,7 or 9 rings….a sharpie marked quarter sized dot on a piece of weathered yellow pine sees the 6 ring catch the top of the dot, above the Kings, the 7 ring blows the bull out and the 9 ring hits!/2 to 3/4″ below the bottom rim of the dot….ALL basically ragged and I’m mean torn up ragged holes, very vertical….Every shot in the kill zone…!! Jerry, Timmy and whomever else are involved are miracle workers…Expertly casted, excellently packaged, quickly sent, if you haven’t tried them they are well worth it….I do not own a chrony and really don’t need one…It doesn’t matter which slug is making more FPE at the barrel…the 9 ring will blow thru the chest cavity of anything it touches…peroid. All three slugs kick butt no doubt….but…There is a huge jump in lethality with the 9 ring. There is my three cents…

Stick,
Thanks for the post and the kind words. I’m delighted that you’ve found the right settings to switch from pellets to slugs at will and and get great results!
