Talon crony /air source play.
The setup, Talon .22 with 24″, Co2 tanks, HPA 1400psi PE 48ci, Talon 3000psi standard tank(low flow valve).
The crony is set up 10 Yard away from the muzzle..not right on it..So all the results are 40-50 fps lower(Chairgun pro says so). So just add 40-50 to what my readings are..to all of em. The results should be darn close.
Type Power Wheel Crony fps
CO2
1 518
2 534
3 619
4 625
5 635
6 640
7 646
8 655
9 646
10 640
11 637
12 620
For me on Co2 the power wheel on 8 is the best power.
Regulated 1200-1400psi (PE paintball tanks 2 shots)
1 778-750
2 735-757
3 769-779
4 769-773
5 768-788
6 772-763
7 765-775
8 756-779
9 768-769
10 775-770
11 762-766
12 774-769
All these reading are wacky..and varied on every shot, no real clear change in fps no matter what the power was set at. I guess the cheap PE reg is doing what its suppost to do, it regulates..its either on or off, but does not look like it does a real good job.
AF 3000psi tank
1 725
2 822
3 863
4 882
5 881
6 888
7 896
8 911
9 906
10 907
11 914
12 919
Lots more power, and smoother power wheel progression.
It was kinda my goal to be able to interchange air sources and stay at the same fps for all 3 types..for the same poi. It kinda worked I can shoot around 655+ (40-50)fps on Co2 and set the PE 1400psi and AF 3000 at the same 750 fps levels.
Just playin…
