Talon-Dor same power/accuracy Condor?
Hi guys, I am new to the forum. I am writing from Argentina.
I have some money saved here to buy an Airforce gun but have trouble deciding wether to get the Talon or the Condor. See the Condor is $400 more expensive than the Talon in Argentina, and no, I didn’t make a mistake in writing that price, that is what we pay for air guns here in Argentina, Talon costs $1000 and Condor $1400!
Anyway, the question I have is: if I buy the Talon and put a high flow tank, Hammer with Slap Mod and Quick Change Top Hat, will it have the same power and accuracy as the Condor with same mods? Always assuming you are shooting with the same barrel length.

A friend of mine has a Condor .25, 18″. Mine is a Talon-Dor .25, 18″. When shooting heavy “slugs, his gun is more accurate than mine beyond 80 yards. With standard pellets ( JSB’s), we group the same well past 100 yards. Hope this helps!

i just converted my 22 talon by changing the valve to the hi-flow factory valve and seat and adding the weight supplied by the AF factory and it’s DEFINITELY in the ‘fire breathing’ category now with outstanding accuracy using H&N Match Barracudas.
(My shot count did drop off a little…but it’s worth the change.)
