talon or talon ss???
i plan to buy a talon or a talon ss but i cant deside whitch one is better to get so on the talon SS does the silencer come off? and can anyone give me detailed information on both to help me deside whitch one to get? thnx

I wasn’t sure so I bought the Talon SS the first time and the Standard the 2nd time 😆
Either one makes a great rifle but for some reason I like the 18″ barrel standard more … not sure why maybe it’s because it has more power.
Are we speaking a new language here? 😆 🙄
I think a Talon SS with an 18″ barrel and power mod would be what you need, and more.
Mike, if you want an AirForce rifle, and quiet, I’d suggest the Talon SS. The condor with an effective shroud just gets too long unless you’re going to be shooting from a bench all the time. The Talon SS will have plenty of power.
Talon SS is my vote. If need condor power and need it silent then it will take a shroud.
There is no silencer on the SS. The barrel sits inside of the frame. So the extra spot between the muzzle and the endcap is like an expansion chamber where most of the air blast disappears. There are no baffles either.
Both guns are roughly the same power-wise. SS is not as loud though. If the noise is an issue, get SS.

its all you need for a silent stock config. Love mine, tank that was leaking came back from airforce in under 2 weeks from sending it and it hits nice with eun jins. AF has good service fyi from my experience. If you go 177 go with kodiacs or eun jin heavies.
