Q:

Talon P with Hi Flow tank ??

Hi, does anyone own a Talon P and a Condor ?, has anyone put the Condor tank on Talon P and are the results similar ?? As in the UK, we have the stealth which is a Talon p basically but we cannot get the talon p valve stem but we can get the Condor stem.

Just to re-visit this guysand thanks for the replies but how many usable decent power shots keeping the the same aimpoint ?
Also how much power do you give up going from the pistol tank to the Condor tank ?

Hi, the valves are a little different, the talon p has a slightly larger air flow due to a relieved stem and a different stem seal. In the UK, historically we had the same valve as the US (Talon), the allen screw was the only thing holding the gun at 12ft/lb and often became loose as you can imagine. We now get the micro – meter tank and valve finely tuned with spacers ect to adjust the power output for different calibres.

I have a TalonP and a new CondorSS both in .25cal, according to Airforce the valves are the same. Just one tank is bigger than the other.

However, in the UK (due to the 12ft/lb limit), I believe the internal springs inside the valves are different to limit power?

I shoot talon and condor tank and the talon P tank. Too heavy on the “”pistol””. for me. To hunt or take in the field I have ten high power shoots at 2600 psi, 980 fps down to 950 fps. The squirrel limit is 5. plenty of shots.
