Q:

Talon Pistol …

My Talon pistol … need to shorten and lighten the barrel some and find a refillable co2 cylinder that is small and lighter in weight than the air source. Pistol scope is a 2X BSA … would like to find a nicer one of those.

I need to make some wooden pistol grips for it and a matching forearm would be nice.

As it sits I am getting approximately 80 shots at 725 fps with RWS Super Domes … not bad for a “pistol” 😆

Here’s a 10″x2″ 200g refillable CO2 cylinder, with a rear on/off switch.

Great stuff ! I’ll have to explore all of the possibilities … this is getting more interesting 😀

You could get a microline and put the tank elsewhere so its even more pistol like. Could even hide an airsource cylinder or small paintball tank within a foregrip.

Anyone have one of those little 3 ounce co2 bottles I keep seeing attached to custom crosman pistols ?? I would like to know the weight of that bottle and the length of it. TIA 😀

That’s the standard frame not the SS … that’s an 18″ barrel on it. I could buy a 12″ barrel that would be the easiest thing to do. I could also shorten that frame some as I don’t plan to silence it.

I’ll keep working on it to make it more of a pistol … fun project 😀

Even an 18″ barrel will be inside the frame, it won’t be quite though lol.

Looks pretty cool. You still need to get a stock and mount it, then it will look amazing!

With a 12″ barrel I bet you could have it completely inside the frame if you are really going for the pistol-type look.
