Talon SCUBA fill block leak?
Where the adaptor passes through the actual block that clamps to the tank valve.
Any reason I can’t dissasymble it and replace the oring?

Are you talking about the oring that presses up against the airforce bottle?
If this is the oring that you are talking about, you should be able to find one at the hardware store. I replaced mine with an oring out of a universal oring kit.
I believe with out looking, the only other oring is the one one the scuba tank valve.
And does anyone have a part number for the washer/seal at the bottle adaptor screw in?

If you take the adaptor apart there are 2 orings in the middle that allow it to piviot then a high pressure crush seal that has a oring formed with it that seals the part the bottle screws into and the part that the block presses into the SCUBA tank valve. It’s the same as some A/C compressor manafold seals but smaller….
