Talon shooting weak?
Hi everyone! Picked up a Talon SS recently and I’m having some trouble with it. Initially, the tank was leaking. I fixed that by removing the brass piece and tossing in a size 14 oring. This stopped the leak, but now the brass piece doesn’t sit flush with the tank body (no matter how hard I tighten it). I’ve adjusted the tophat as per AF’s instructions. Despite this, the gun is still shooting weak. I have tried shooting at settings 8 and 10, but pellets just bounce off of thin aluminum, which my other PCP, shooting at 500 FPS, put holes through. I have no way of measuring the velocity on the Talon SS, but it’s obviously shooting low.
Would you all happen to have any suggestions on how to fix this problem? The gun has a slap mod fluted breach slide. Aside from that, it’s stock.

Edit: Turns out the old oring (plastic piece) was stick to the lip of the tank, where the brass piece meets the tank. I removed that and managed to get the brass piece to sit almost flush with the new oring (sticks up a tiny bit, but near flush). Problem is, the gun is still shooting weak. What exactly is the optimal fill pressure for these? The only upgrades mine has are the talon tunes brass hammer with slap mod and fluted breech slide.
