Talon SS Owners in FW Texas ???
So I’m thinking about trading in my Beeman R9, and going to get a TalonSS.. but would love to try one out first.
Any Ft. Worth locals around that wouldnt mind showing me their gun and doing some backyard shooting? Id bring my R9 of course 🙂

i live in lewisville, not too far from FW. I could let you try out my 18″ Talon. It is stock with no shroud (yet). I should have one made by the weekend if all goes well. I was able to pick up a 7×14 mini lathe for $50 at a garage sale. My Aluminium tubing will be here Friday, I should have something completed by the weekend.
We’d have to shoot at your place, my neighbors are gun haters so I don’t want to draw their attention
I’m next door in Shreveport, LA, if every you’re over this way at the casinos. By the way, did CowTown go ape-shit crazy when the Barnett Shale hit like we’re going over here with the Haynesville Shale? It’s insane over here.

Believe me.. I called on 2 seperate days trying to work my magic, but they arent set up for walk-ins at all. I know! Bummer

Why not go directly to Airforce’s Headquarters instead and ask if you can test out their rifles? They’re located in Fort Worth anyway.
Same goes for here if ever in San Angelo. Believe I might also try and make buddies with someone in the factory right there in FW.

Yea the Barnett Shale has gone nuts here! You cant go anywhere in DFW and not see a gas rig somewhere. They light up the night sky wherever youre at. Lots of mini eiffel towers.
If I ever go to Austin or back to the casinos I will call one of you up for sure!
